Sometimes the best chicken recipe is not only totally healthy, but it is also fast, easy to make and will have your family coming back for a second helping !
The following chicken recipe is for those people who are health conscientious and watching how much fat they take into their routine diet.
If using frozen chicken breasts: this chicken recipe is best when a frozen skinned chicken ****** has been thawed slowly in cold water or even in the refrigerator. The meat seems to stay more firm and keeps in its moisture much better than if you defrost the chicken in a microwave or even at room temperature. Fresh chicken ******* can also be used.
Now onto the rest of the chicken recipe.
Choose as many chicken ******* as you wish to serve.
Slice a fresh lemon in half. Rub the lemon all over the *******. (note: one lemon will be sufficient for about 4 medium-sized breasts)
Wrap the ******* in tin foil and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake in a moderate oven until done – depending upon the size of your ******* – it should not be more than 35 to 40 minutes.
Remove from oven, and put the chicken ******* into a baking dish or platter that you would like to serve them on.
Making the sauce for this chicken recipe is fast, easy and flavorful. All you will need is a couple of medium-sized onions, four or five tomatoes, some cilantro and/or oregano, three our four garlic cloves, olive oil, mushrooms if you like, and black olives – also optional.
Just dice it all up, add the oregano or cilantro and garlic to your specific tastes and you are done.
Cover the chicken ******* with your freshly made sauce and serve with a freshly steamed vegetable of your choice.
That is all there is to this chicken recipe if you want completely healthy and no fat or carbs to speak of.
If you would like to add a few carbs, then prepare some angel hair pasta and place the baked chicken ******* and sauce over the angel hair and sprinkle with a bit of parmesan cheese.
As a note, you can alter this chicken recipe in a multitude of ways. The main thing to keep in mind when you do alter it is to focus on keeping the chicken recipe fat free and completely healthy.
Try to avoid making sauces out of dairy products. If you should choose to make a sauce that has dairy products as a part of its ingredients, then to minimize your fat intake, try to avoid butter and sour cream, or minimally go with a light sour cream.
The idea behind this chicken recipe is to help you eat a delicious dinner while still eating healthy.

Call centre, Contact centre, Telemarketers and Telemarketing staff, Customer service and CSR has largely boomed in many developing countries mainly due to lower labor costs. Many Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Providers specialize customer service, telemarketing and all of them have huge numbers of call centre and contact centre agents or customer service staff, telemarketer staff, CSR that works to provide efficient call centre service.
Call centres are groups of people responsible for handling incoming calls from customers. Many multinational companies and large corporations provide customer service staff to handle inbound or outbound calls from their clients. Typically, companies receiving larger volume of incoming calls will utilize a call centre or contact centre. Call centre agents are also called Customer service staff, Customer Service Representative or CSR. Contact centre is another term for a call centre. In a contact center, handling emails and letters are also part of the call centre service. Also customer service rep or CSR may utilize online chat to interact with clients.
Telemarketers and other people working in a call centre are generally called agents. These people use headsets to keep their hand free to work on other tasks while handling calls from clients. Headsets also avoid neck injury from cradling a phone all day. Usually agents are provided with cubicles with their own computers aside from the telephone. Computer skills are a must in call centres since call details from clients are needed to be encoded in a system. A call centre rep or CSR is also tasked to report to supervisors or team leaders who then will give periodic performance reviews to help an agent enhance their call centre service skills. The calls handled by customer service reps or CSR are monitored and recorded to ensure quality or if the complaint needs to be reviewed.
You may be worried about the sound of ringing phones in a call centre and contact centre, but actually there is nothing of that kind anymore. Technology has made it easier for call centre and contact centre to use a queuing system to fairly handle calls from their clients. Customer calls are placed in queue in the order in which they are received. If the customer service rep or CSR are busy, the call will be placed on hold usually with music, then the first available agent will receive the call that has be holding on for the longest period. A screen showing the number of calls on hold and the length of holding period are usually showed on a screen in call centres. Goals are set to determine that the maximum amount of time a customer should hold, the length of calls and the number of calls handled by each call centre rep or CSR should have in a day are realistic. These set of numbers guides call centre management to plan on the number of staff they will need each day to handle the number of calls expected on each given day.
Since call centre and contact centre use telephones and computers rather than having to personal contact, a call centre agent, CSR, telemarketer or customer service agent may be placed anywhere geographically. Some contact centres for a large company maybe spread all over the country, some agents even have the option to work from the comfort of their homes. And many times, a call centre will be established by BPO companies in foreign countries such as Philippines, China and India to cut labor costs. This is now commonly called as outsourcing.
Call centre and contact centre services are not only limited to telemarketers and customer service agents. Job opportunities are also open for supervisors and managers to guide the staff. Trainers are required to train new employees. Business analysts are hired to check on the business statistics, and quality assurance personnel are needed to improve the processes and procedures practiced in the company. I start writing this article as I sit in a cabana on vacation with my family. I’m totally relaxed sipping an ice cold can of the finest cerveza the room bar has to offer.
Sipping an ice cold beer as I write an article on fitness? This may sound strange to some but to me it is the only way to live.
You see, fitness is a lifestyle that should be embraced as a way of life that in which enhances all of your experiences.
To deny yourself of life’s pleasures so you can die a good looking corpse with 6% body fat and a **** you can bounce a quarter off of should not be our goal.
The reason why this beer tastes so good and actually gives me a buzz is because I don’t drink that often at all and therefore tend to enjoy it more. After months of hard work, a healthy breakfast off egg whites, toast and some chicken stir fry (gotta love the all inclusive resorts) a full hour in the gym and an hour nap watching MI3, I’ve earned this.
Training hard and eating smart 80% of the time is what gives you the guilt free 20% that you end up enjoying even more.
The Pareto principle aka the 80/20 rule is nothing new and has been written and talked about for a long time. Success means applying this rule to your all areas of your life, fitness is no different.
Today’s executives are as busy as ever but feel the need to have a balanced life more than before.
What good is all that power, money, prestige and freedom if you’re too tired and out of shape to really enjoy any of it? What good is being married and have children if you don’t have the energy to play or spend time with them. To make love you have to give love. To give love you need to have passion and passion takes energy. If your energy is low you can bet that the most important areas of your life are suffering too.
I believe the fitness industry is about to come full circle. It has blown up to monumental proportions in a world that cries out for more, more, more.
This has only one inevitable end before it all comes crashing down unless balanced is achieved.
Instead of thinking “I’m going to eat healthy starting now, go to the gym 6 days a week and run every morning.” You should be thinking about what you want out of life, not fitness.
The breakthrough is that nobody really wants fitness. They want what fitness can give them.
It isn’t about 18″ arms, 6 pack abs or a flat stomach. It’s not about being able to run a 17 minute 5 km run or eating something green with every meal.
These are all surface level goals that really have nothing to do with the quality of your life. It is what doing these things or having these things will bring you in terms of experiences and ultimately feelings.
When you can link small everyday decisions that affect a positive physical change to life altering mega happiness that is when things start to move.
Being “fit”…why?
To have a certain look perhaps to give you more confidence? Maybe more respect is what you are after and a feeling of satisfaction. Great, but why?
Confidence comes from within and the decisions you make. You want confidence simply DO what a fit confident person does and do it today. It is the confidence that you exude in yourself that will transfer to others. Make people feel good about themselves and they will want to be around you and make you happy too.
Now you have the confidence because you are DOING what they are doing. So you don’t look like they do just yet. So what! Give it some time.
Want respect? Respect others and the only way you can respect others is if you respect yourself first.
You want to just look better or perhaps for your future wife or husband, boyfriend or girlfriend. Looks will fade and what will remain is your character.
The character of a person who lives their life with passion and caring for themselves and others is what will draw that person into your life a lot faster than a tight ***.
All of these examples are linked to what fitness means to you personally but let’s look at what it means to your ability to contribute to others and again how that comes back to you.
Simply put you’ll feel better. If you suffer from anxiety, depression or stress it is hurting your ability to smile and make others happy. It is hurting your ability to build your business and focus on the big picture.
I have had many clients over the years and when they decided to make a physical change, everything got better.
Their mental state, relationships, finances, everything.
It starts out as a general feeling of discomfort or lack of forward motion. There life may not be where that want it to be and they see getting fit as the vehicle in which to change that and for many of us it is the first step.
The first goal may be to lose 30 pounds but in the end everything gets better. That first goal blends into another and another. Maybe it is fitness related maybe it is not. The point is that you can only see up one level at a time. When you elevate your life you can see higher and further than before and new goals make themselves visible to you only when you have achieved the ones that you can see now.
Excite yourself for the wondrous goals that are so amazing you can’t even fathom them yet.

Most people expect a lot out of their antioxidants skin care products, but with the quality of the vast majority of the products that are being sold today I am afraid that many of them simply aren’t getting their money’s worth. You have to remember that to the major cosmetics companies antioxidant skin care does not have to be but minimally effective in order to make them happy.
