I’m soooo fussy when it comes to food - I’m not too keen on fruit - I’ll eat the odd apple from time to time but that’s about it. I don’t like nuts or seeds to some extent & every healthy eating article says about snacking on nuts, seeds & fruit. Everyone on the food network and on Rachel Ray’s network says there is no such reciepe. Why? I can be drunk and crazy, but when my wife wanted the reciepe, I know I’ not!!! I hope the %^&*&(*&^%$(* food network goes off the air!

Rachel Ray is a television personality who claims her life to be a ‘totally unplanned, happy and wonderful accident’. Despite her success she is still a totally down to earth family person.
