I have $400 to spend for the next 4 months on food. I am planning to eat healthy with vegetables, fruits, and avoiding the junk food such as canned food etc… I don’t know many recipes, the ones i know require a lot of time and money, which i don’t have. What are some healthy recipes that taste good?

We’re going to start working on eating healthier in the new year, especially focusing on dinner. The problem is we both work and have two young kids, so whatever we cook at night is usually done very quickly. Since “bad” food is usually easier to make, that’s what we tend to gravitate to.

Does anyone have any ideas of any healthy, quick to make recipes for dinner? We do like to make chicken, pork and fish. Not real big red meat eaters. Any advice would be appreciated!
